I’m Goksu, a Turkish-American graphic designer with agency and freelance experience across digital, print, and brand design.

My path into design started in advertising, where I worked in copywriting before realizing I wanted to take a more hands-on role in bringing ideas to life visually. That led me to study graphic design at UCLA Extension and eventually brought me from Turkey to Los Angeles, where I continued developing my practice through professional agency work and independent projects.

Growing up in Turkey and building my creative career in the U.S. has shaped the way I approach design. I’m naturally drawn to different visual languages, perspectives, and ways of communicating, and I bring that curiosity into every project I work on.

I enjoy taking an idea from its earliest stage through exploration and refinement, using typography, color, layout, imagery, and visual systems to create work that feels clear, engaging, and purposeful. Whether I’m working within an established brand or developing a new direction, I’m always thinking about what the work needs to communicate, who it needs to reach, and how design can make that connection stronger.
